He never pushed me into signing with him even though gave a lot of suggestions and time upfront. I was very hesitant to work with him initially because our styles are different but he turned out to be a great real estate agent who did a wonderful job with this sale. Tim was honest with us and very informed about the condo market in Alameda. He kept things on track with the workers doing the painting, flooring, lighting and even helped me pick out a great vanity for the bathroom. He has a wonderful stager who transformed my mom’s formerly dark, cluttered and outdated condo into a beautiful space that people wanted to live in. I think it was on the market less than 3 weeks when we got an over asking price all cash offer. I can’t imagine having anyone more thorough, professional, kind and motivated than Tim Marr.
